The on-ice portion of our August Supercamp focuses on power skating, puck handling, shooting, and skill work.
Hockey power skating will teach the player proper skating technique, including endurance, agility, rhythm, balance, and strength. As your skater starts to incorporate these skills into their game, performance is enhanced and injuries are minimized.
The earlier these skills become a habitual part of the player's practice and game, they more likely to succeed in the sport of hockey.

This process of becoming the complete hockey player is a multi-edged sword; without proper technique, no amount of ice time will help a player optimize his or her skills. An hour each day is dedicated to off ice games and also drills that players will be able to use the rest of the summer.

At BHHA we make learning fun! A big part of our program is having the kids learning and improving through a variety of drills and small games. Each participant is sure to have a special week to talk about!

Athletes will be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon.

Each day will include:

(2) 1-hour and fifteen minute ice sessions

(1) hour long dry-land training session

(1) hour of class room time that will cover topics such as nutrition, psychology, team tactics, training techniques and equipment fitting.

AGES:
Mites all the way up to Bantam and JV aged players.

COSTS:
-$350 for skaters (Optional: For an additional $25 you can receive a personalized jersey with your name and number on the back and socks that match the jerseys.)

-$250 for goalies which will include a camp jersey (limited to PeeWee age or Older and 4 Max)
